We are once again delighted to announce that our team Enrico Iskandar, Debu Batara Lubis, Bratara Damanik, Alwin Widyanto Hartanto has successfully assisted in the recent investment from our client Coca-Cola Amatil in the $12 million Series B capital funding into ‘Yummy Corp’ - the largest cloud kitchen operator in Indonesia.
The investment round was led by South Korea-based Softbank Ventures Asia in participation with a range of global venture capitals such as Singapore’s Quest Ventures and US-based Palm Drive Capital. Coca Cola Amatil financing participation was executed through their venture capital arm – ‘Amatil X’.
