The Second Edition of Running a Company Under Indonesian Law - This book is the collaboration between our Managing Partner Bagus S D Nur Buwono and Prof. Dr. Sulistiowati, S.H., M.Hum of the Faculty of Law at Gadjah Mada University.
Furthermore, this book has reflected the latest legal development, including after the enactment of the first Omnibus Law in Indonesia on job creation in November 2020, which was further declared conditionally invalid by the decision of the Constitutional Court and finally re-enacted through Regulation in Lieu of Law no. 2 of 2022, which the House of Representative has ratified through Law no. 6 in 2023.
