As part of the firm’s dedication and pro-activeness in the legal and business landscape, our Jonathan Cheong has engaged in several discussions in the past week; including having discussions with Mr. Noel Ng, the COO of fellow Singaporean Globalaw firm “Goodwins Law Corporation” as well as attending the Singapore International Mediation Institute (SIMI) seminar on “Developments and Opportunities in Mediation” at the Suntec Guild House.

The meeting was focused on the numerous current business trends and economic outlook in Indonesia and Singapore as well as to further establish continual efforts on future possibilities to broaden the law firm’s horizons – especially in expanding the presence of mediation within Indonesia to further raise awareness of mediation as an efficient and cost-effective alternative dispute resolution within the wider APAC region.
