On 15 August 2023, our Bagus S D Nur Buwono, alongside with Dr. Yunus Husein, S.H., LL.M., Lecturer from Sekolah Tinggi Hukum Indonesia Jentera, has shared their knowledge and experience in the topic of Business Judgement Rule: Bridging Law and Business in Complex Decision Making, on Hukumonline.com’s recent webinar.
The webinar focused on essential elements of Business Judgement Rule (BJR), such as accountability, impacts and consequences of BJR violations, practices and implications of BJR, as well as the analysis of using BJR as a decision-making strategy in critical situations.
We hope that this experience may enriched and provide the participants with deeper comprehension and clearer perspective on BJR that can be used in their respective fields of practice.
