We are delighted to share that the firm’s M&A team has recently represented and acted for PT Kredivo, an Indonesian-based fintech platform (operated by 500-backed FinAccel), in their successful acquisition of financing company PT Swarna Niaga Finance. Our partner Debu Batara Lubis led the team with support from lawyers Jeany Tabita and Naztasha Siregar. As the sole-appointed legal counsel, our firm’s involvement entailed full-scale advisory and transactional works.
