Bagus Enrico & Partners is pleased to announce the promotion of three lawyers, (i) Wisnu Aji Wiradyo and Jeany Tabita Hutapea, as the firm’s new junior partners, and (ii) Bratara Dolok Damanik as the firm’s senior associate, effective January 1, 2021.  The newly promoted lawyers have demonstrated an unwavering commitment to client services and collaboration with their colleagues.

The new junior partners and their expertise are:

Wisnu Aji Wiradyo is a junior partner in Corporate/M&A, Employment and Dispute Resolution practices.  Having practice 14 years on a mixture of domestic and cross-border investment, restructuring and M&A transactions, he has represented and advised clients in a variety of industries, such as plantation and forestry, fishery, mining, geothermal, manufacturing, shipping, freight forwarding and automotive. In addition to his restructuring and transactional works, Wisnu also advises on employment and labor matters.  He represents and counsels a range of clients on employment and commercial litigation disputes.   

Jeany Tabita Hutapea focuses her practice on Insurance and Financial Services, Real Estate, and Property industry.  Her works includes a broad range of structuring and acquisition transaction of insurance and multi-finance companies, including advising and handling all regulatory and compliance aspect, forensic audits, commercial contracts in relation to insurance products, reorganization and liquidations.  She also has extensive experience advising and representing a range of foreign clients in the transactions involving land and/or commercial, office building, industrial properties acquisitions, the creation of joint ventures, drafting and negotiation of agreements in a variety of property and land transactions.  

The new senior associate and his expertise are:

Bratara Dolok Damanik is the principal associate involved in various works related to IT, Technology, Digital, Media, Telecoms (TMT) areas for numbers of foreign multinational clients. In addition to his significant expertise and transactional experience in TMT practices, he regularly advises clients on a broad spectrum relating to corporate and commercial matters including, Corporate/M&A, construction, and employment.

Wisnu, Jeany and Bratara have achieved their positions with persistent and highly successful works with various clients in the legal industry.
