MARCH 2019 - BE PARTNERS LEADS THE CONTRACT DRAFTING WORKSHOP FOR AIA FINANCE EMPLOYEES

Our Managing Partner, Bagus SD Nur Buwono recently led a workshop on the "Contract Drafting" for employees of AIA Finance employees. The workshop was attended by more than 20 persons consisting of the staffs of Legal Department, Risk Department, and Compliance Department.
While it was intended as a general view of contract drafting, the workshop also provided the strategy in dealing with risk mitigation in drafting the contract.
