BE Partners has assisted and acted for PT Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero), Tbk., an Indonesian publicly listed state-owned bank, in the first phase acquisition of 30% equity shares capital in PT PNM Investment Management.
Two Firm’s Partners, Bagus Nur Buwono and Debu Batara Lubis, jointly led the BE Partners’ team for the transaction.
